Set in Foz do Arelho and overlooking the Óbidos Lagoon, this contemporary house establishes a close relationship between architecture, landscape and the changing Atlantic light. The composition combines clearly defined volumes, warm timber elements and generous glazed openings that frame the surrounding vegetation and distant views.
The photographic record explores the house from its more intimate courtyards to the open terraces facing the lagoon. Natural materials, sheltered outdoor spaces and carefully controlled transitions between interior and exterior give the project a calm, grounded character.
Light and shadow reveal the depth and rhythm of the façades, while the sequence of images documents the relationship between the building, its garden and the broad landscape of the lagoon.

Situada na Foz do Arelho, com vista para a Lagoa de Óbidos, esta moradia contemporânea estabelece uma relação próxima entre a arquitetura, a paisagem e a luz atlântica em constante transformação. A composição combina volumes claramente definidos, elementos de madeira e vãos envidraçados generosos, que enquadram a vegetação envolvente e as vistas distantes.
O registo fotográfico percorre a casa desde os seus pátios mais íntimos até aos terraços abertos sobre a lagoa. Os materiais naturais, os espaços exteriores protegidos e as transições cuidadosamente desenhadas entre interior e exterior conferem ao projeto um carácter sereno e enraizado no lugar.
A luz e a sombra revelam a profundidade e o ritmo das fachadas, enquanto a sequência de imagens documenta a relação entre o edifício, o jardim e a ampla paisagem da lagoa.
